Crytur produces crystalline substrates with excellent optical quality and homogeneity suitable for the preparation of epitaxial layers using Liquid phase epitaxy (LPE), Metalorganic vapor-phase epitaxy (MOVPE), Pulsed laser deposition (PLD), and other methods.
